As our new Tele Sales Representative, you will contact partners via phone, email, Teams, and social media platforms. Your responsibilities will include lead generation and following up on sales activities to upsell and cross-sell key services and vendors within the Crayon portfolio, collaborating closely with Product Managers, Account Managers, and Marketing Specialists.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Proactively generate new qualified leads to grow your book of business
- Identify, qualify, sort, and track leads effectively
- Utilize exceptional cold-calling, social media, and consultative phone skills to articulate value, inspire confidence, influence decisions, overcome objections, and remain resilient
Your Competencies:
- Degree qualified in IT, business, marketing, or a relevant field
- Selling IT services experience is advantageous
- Have good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
