General Responsibilities

  • Receive a requirement and quote a price for the customer to review and follow up on PO
  • Inform the old customer of the schedule
  • Schedule service work, appointment for confirmation of employment
  • Prepare the work sheet and necessary work details for the technician
  • Prepare documents sample delivery hand over certificate open service bill
  • Close any recording tasks, login to database
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Functional Skills And Knowledge

  • 2-5 years of experience
  • Good in MS-Office
  • Having experience in using SAP or ServiceMax or related systems.
  • Basic English in communications

Education

Bachelor's degree in business administration or related fields.
