General Responsibilities
1. Content Creation and Management:
- Develop and manage digital marketing content tailored to meet local market demands.
- Utilize digital channels such as Facebook, Google, and LinkedIn for effective communication and align with local markets/ activities.
2. Collaboration with Marcom:
- Work alongside dedicated personnel handling traditional marketing (Marcom) in Thailand and Vietnam.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to integrate digital marketing efforts with sales objectives.
3. Engagement on Digital Channels:
- Drive opportunities to convert leads to sales with the support of Salesforce (SFDC)
4. Performance Tracking:
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed based on performance data and insights.
Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Excellent proficiency in English and the local language to produce SEO-friendly content.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and engage effectively with customers.
- English is prerequisite for both. Travel is required for Vietnam/Myanmar Digital Marketing Manager
- Proficient in MS Office and marketing software.
- Basic Design Skills such as Photoshop, After Effects, illustrator, InDesign, etc
Education
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
