Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Travel Assistance Service ( International / Domestic )
  • Opportunity to Learn Global Travel Assistance services
  • Conduct outbound calls to promote products or services according to company scripts and guidelines.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and following up as needed.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and call details.
  • Learn and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to a positive and professional team environment.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Multiple vacancies are available.
