Senior Frontend Engineer

What we're looking for

• A passion for creating exceptional user experiences and a deep understanding of frontend development principles.

• Extensive experience in building complex web applications using modern frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.

• Proficiency in implementing responsive designs and ensuring cross-browser compatibility.

• Strong knowledge of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices.

• Proven experience in leading frontend development projects, including collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior engineers.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts.

• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and present ideas and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of frontend applications, ensuring the highest standards of quality and performance.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Architect, design, and implement scalable and maintainable frontend solutions that deliver an outstanding user experience.

• Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code, following industry best practices and coding standards.

• Optimize frontend performance and ensure smooth interactions and fast loading times.

• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to established coding standards.

• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering their growth and development in frontend technologies.

• Stay up to date with the latest frontend trends, tools, and frameworks, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of practical experience writing client-side JavaScript

• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).

• Experience with frontend build tools, package managers, and task runners (Webpack, Babel, npm, etc.).

• Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and agile development methodologies.

• Solid understanding of software engineering principles and design patterns.

• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex frontend projects.

• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Compensation

• A total package of 30-50k per month with aggressive growth opportunities
