Senior Strategic Planner

Responsibilities:

• Assess briefing document quality from the sales team and account management team to know client requirements and make initial hypothesis and assumptions.
• Analyze, structure, and propose different strategies to increase efficiency for better performance.
• Be able to guide and discuss with planners to initiate new ideas.
• Be able to strongly represent Heroleads Asia externally in proposals and pitches. 
• Be able to draw insights from market trends, category insight and consumer insight to build target persona, communication framework and value proposition for brand and communication strategy.
• Has domain knowledge in digital marketing, performance marketing and creative planning for branding with a strong focus on understanding customer needs and media touchpoints.
• Seek for opportunities to improve standard proposals for strategic planning campaigns with standardization, frameworks and uses of case studies.
• Be able to synchronize and combine a large proposal together with storytelling including media, creative, communication, SEO, social media management, etc.
• Manage large proposals and align with different team functions.
• Support in cross functional projects with product and tech team.

Requirements: 

• At least 3-4 years of working experiences in multiple roles: planner in creative and digital marketing agency
• Profound knowledge in cross-channel online marketing in Thailand, especially in digital performance marketing, strategic planning, and media planning in various platforms.
• Organizational, time-management and decision-making skills.
• Bi-lingual with strong service and analytical skills 
• University degree; ideally in marketing, management, or commerce
