Responsibilities

  • Performance-based campaign planning, focus on traffic & conversion generation to client's website
  • Planning awareness campaign for maximum reach and brand recall
  • Client pitching for an increment of company revenue
  • Plan and implement media plan to achieve client objective and expectation (awareness, engagement, conversion)
  • Daily and monthly media performance analysis for real-time strategy modification
  • Work closely with ad optimizer to adjust bidding tactics

Qualification

  • Experiences in media industry with integrated media planning capability and performance marketing (both online and offline).
  • Familiar with all the planning tools and market analysis, including consumer behavior study,competitive analysis
  • Strong communication skills, written and oral in English
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Experience in setting up and running campaigns on Facebook Ad Manager, Google suite(e.g. search,YouTube, DV360) and publishers
  • Solid numerical and financial understanding
  • Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
  • Having a positive, “can do” attitude
