Key Responsibilities
- Consult the prospective investors and clients of investment strategies, policies, and fees
- Guide clients through online private-fund account opening and other services as requested by clients
- Provide efficient and excellent customer service support via online channels and calls
- Follow up on customer requests and issues or escalate to supervisors when needed according to departmental processes
- Provide support by investigating and resolving customer issues
- Responsible for existing customers relationships, retention, and up-selling.
- Find innovative ways to improve existing processes and customer experience continuously
- Be the voice of the customer by noticing and highlighting action items needed to improve the customer experience and delight our clients
- Participate in marketing activities such as Live events, trade shows, seminars, money expo, etc.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
Required Qualifications/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, economics, business, or related fields
- Several years of client-facing experience within the private wealth industry or have 1+ years of relevant customer-facing experience
- Knowledge of investment products with a certified IC License (Single License) and Certified Financial Planner (CFP) preferred
- Highly analytical, flexible, patient, and willing to learn with pleasant personality and good communication skills; able to explain complicated concepts to clients as well as team members
- Ability to multitask with attention to detail and to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Good command of both reading and writing in Thai and English
- Good client-centric mindset, responsive, accountable, creative and enthusiastic
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, and efficiently to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and able to partner with multiple stakeholders, including other teams and senior executives
- Prior experience working in FinTech or within financial institutions is desired
