Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for supporting the Trade Marketing department in marketing operations and administrative tasks.
  • Assist in producing marketing collaterals, including brochures, flyers, and promotional materials.
  • Provide administrative support on internal processes such as logistics coordination, raising purchase orders, and tracking project timelines.
  • Aid in the preparation of marketing reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Brand Marketing department and Sales department to plan and execute brand activations, trade events and consumer promotions.
  • Track and monitor Point of Sale Materials (POSMs) to ensure optimal usage and accurate allocation across channels.
  • Maintain and update marketing folders and databases, including monthly marketing calendars, activation calendars, and project trackers for legal and procurement compliance.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Senior Trade Marketing Manager.

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in supporting marketing function, or administrative role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and office software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A high degree of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Other Qualifications

  • Fluency in Thai is a requirement
