Opn is rapidly growing and ready to achieve the next level of expansion in the market. We are looking for a Business Development Manager to focus on mid-market and enterprise segments. If you are a natural networker who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, this could be your new challenge.

What you will be doing

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales pipeline.
  • Generate new business, negotiate, and close deals for Opn, bringing our payment solution to mid-market and enterprise customers.
  • Proactively hunt down and target new business opportunities through relentless outbound efforts including cold calling, personalized outreach, and strategic networking.
  • Lead meetings on negotiating and closing high-value, complex contracts and managing implementation to go-live.
  • Be able to understand/analyze and evaluate customer requirements and develop best practices across multiple product sets
  • Create and evaluate the market sales strategy, plan and execution for go-to-market initiatives
  • Ensure customer's services expectations are appropriately set to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the entire sales cycle
  • Articulate objectives using strong presentation skills that focus on value
  • Communicating new product developments to prospective clients and working closely with Products and Technology team to ensure the client requirements are fulfilled
  • Identify new business segments or opportunities, acting as a conduit for bringing intelligence to the global product and development teams to implement strategies to scale and generate new business.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with mid-market and enterprise companies, key stakeholders, and integrators to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Work cross-functionally with global stakeholders within the organization to deliver on time-sensitive that meet client requirements.

You

  • At least 3 years of experience in SaaS, FinTech, or eCommerce industries.
  • Proven deal closer in selling complex software solutions, technical infrastructure, or financial services, with a deep and relevant business network in the local market.
  • Entrepreneurial with strong communication skills, representing Opn externally to prospects, partners, and C-level counterparts.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, challenging, and dynamic environment.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively across functions in a global organization.
  • Possess a strong understanding of the Thailand market across verticals.
  • Knowledge/experience of project management
