Key accountabilities
- Develop and implement campaigns for both online and offline channels across strategy, values, and key business target groups
- Liaise with the Pandora Craft & Supply (PC&S) content team to develop, create and finalize strategic content for the channels including graphical elements, written articles, posters and digital assets
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Team to enhance PC&S’s employer branding program
- Act fast as a change agent to relevant stakeholders when change communications is required
- Provide translation services for both English and Thai when required
- Ensure the proper use of corporate brand visual identity (BVI) across PC&S
- Support photography services/enhance images
Pivotal and professional qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree of Mass Communications
- Is self-motivated and hungry enough to work hard; willing to change
- Demonstrate ability to make hard decisions, making the right trade-offs
- Effectively plan and efficiently deliver exceptional work while handling both volume and complexity
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Has experience in channel management, Internal communication management, and creative content
- Technology-savvy and passion for digital and social media
- Strong writing, copy-editing and proof reading skills in English and Thai
- Stakeholder Management.
