PeerPower is seeking a dynamic customer service specialist to join our team. As part of our team, you will represent PeerPower to onboard and educate users of PeerPower products as well as support user queries and feedback across their lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the engagement, retention, and growth of PeerPower users
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the customer and educate them on the use and benefits of our products
  • Advocate for the customer to internal stakeholders. Share customer feedback and insights, identify opportunities or points to improve on customer service procedure to our operations and product teams
  • Drive overall customer service metrics including growth, referrals, and customer satisfaction
  • Optimize customer supporting processes and enhance all customer success initiative

Our ideal candidate:

  • 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role ideally customer success, managing relationships with international companies
  • Proven track record of achieving targets and goals, preferably in a sales setting
  • Experience handling difficult customers or situations and can demonstrate resolutions
  • A strong understanding of our business and products, and an ability to research/self-start
  • Works well under pressure, with a high degree of adaptability and flexibility in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and get stuff done
