Partnership Manager - Accounting Firm

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and iterate Sales Process, CRM, and use of Sales tools.

  • Keep track and set pricing package/commission scheme for Account Executives.

  • Set target for individual Account Executives (Engagement Metric and Relationship).

  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team and track sales goals and reporting results as necessary.

  • Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.

  • Create and Conduct Sales training.

Requirements :

  • At least 1-2 year experience in management roles in Accounting firms and understand business practices and challenges of accounting firm business.

  • Good personality with strong communication skills e.g. presentation, negotiation, etc.

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and disciplined individual.

  • Experience in selling, sales planning, and sales strategy development. Experience in ERP sales or sales team lead is a strong plus.

  • Eager to learn about new technologies in business improvement softwares e.g. accounting software, CRM, e-Commerce tool, etc.
