We help our brand partners strategize, create, and commercialize their products across all key social media and e-commerce marketplace like TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, Facebook and Instagram. Business Development Associate is the face of our company. In this role, Business Development Associate is entrusted to build connections with potential brand partners and offer any meaningful solutions that can grow and solve their business. You are expected to quickly understand both Ripples and brand partners business model in order to build service models that will benefit both Ripples and brand partners. Within the first 4 month since launch, we have partnered with 10+ leading global and domestic brands such as HP, Etude, Konvy, Mizumi and more.

What you’ll do:
Collaborate closely with founders to gain an in-depth understanding of Ripple Commerce's suite of services, enabling you to provide tailored recommendations and strategic solutions to clients.
Serve as a trusted advisor to potential clients, offering expert guidance on eCommerce strategies, industry best practices, and emerging trends.
Develop business plans and pitch decks to propose to potential business partners
Collaborate with cross functional team to conceptualize, design, develop, execute the project including go-to-e-commerce sales and marketing strategy in both current and new avenues
Develop and expand network and business relationships as well as develop/ maintain/ strengthen the business partnership/ alliance to grow business in the long run
Act as a brand ambassador for Ripple Commerce, representing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop effective strategies.
What you’ll need:
High emotional intelligence (EQ) to navigate client relationships effectively, understand their needs, and build rapport based on trust and empathy.
Entrepreneurial mindset individual
Capacity to handle uncertainty and ambiguity, and a fast-paced work environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Experience leading cross-functional teams
Experience in management role from any startup, commercial role in consumer products, management consulting, e-commerce marketplace, is all advantage
Strong understanding of e-commerce landscape such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok is preferred
Fluency in English and Thai languages is required. Proficiency in additional languages would be a plus.
