Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative

  • Engage with customers via multiple channels (phone, email, and chat) while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently by providing timely and appropriate solutions.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues effectively.
  • Recognize when an issue needs to be escalated to another department or higher level of support.
  • Collaborate with other specialists to resolve support tickets professionally.
  • Document all actions taken in detail, categorising cases and potential bugs for further analysis.
  • Maintain and update all administrative forms related to the job.

Requirements for a Customer Service Representative

  • Fluent in Thai and English (C1/C2)
  • Previous experience in a customer service role or within FX is highly preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical language for non-technical users.
  • A resourceful and resilient personality, able to remain calm in all situations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Experience with chat support or fast typing skills and the ability to use multiple tools in a contact centre environment is a plus.
