MAIN PURPOSE
Marketing Executive is responsible for supporting brand team. This role will manage the CRM data, Customer data analysis, CRM trigger and CRM execution to support CRM system to build strong CRM fundamental and generate sales from data analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and develops customer journey framework to improve business result as yearly.
- Oversee all CRM trigger activities.
- Keen on customer data analysis.
- Analyse and monitor CRM campaign performance for result optimization.
- Assist in CRM related system monitoring and testing.
- CRM reports and data to support brand team.
- Collaborate with corporate team, vendors and regional team to ensure work smoothness.
- Performed the other tasks which are work related, as assigned.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
- Experiences at least 3 years in Marketing and CRM as a plus.
- Energetic, good leadership skill, self-motivated, result oriented and creative thinker.
- Comfort with ambiguity, self-motivated, has problem solving skill and creative thinker.
- Good analytic skill and understand the marketing and trends.
- Good computer skills and using software related.
- Excellent communication both in Thai and English.
