Job Description
- Manage & monitor Expat arrangement related matter, e.g., apartment, remove service, children education fee, coordinate all related parties for issue or problem solving and etc.
- Application/workflow management, e.g., employee information update, workflow management, user ID/IT request and etc.
- Administration operation & management, e.g., business card, long weekend survey, etc.
- Company asset management, e.g., mobile phone, iPad, etc.
- Budget planning in matter related to expat welfare & general expenses.
- Company safety activity related, e.g., 5S Committee, fire drill, Occupational Safety Health and Environmental, etc.
- Company recreation activity e.g., company trip, new year, etc.
- Payment process & Expenses charging related to expat welfare & general expense.
- Monitors outsource/vendor to proceed Visa, Work Permit activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any related fields
- Have working experience in any related fields.
- Good command in both speak & writing English (TOEIC Score at least 700)
- Open-minded, flexible, and eager to learn new things.
- Good at planning & management skill.
