We are seeking an innovative and driven Senior Product Marketing Manager to take the helm of our marketing initiatives for our crypto exchange platform. In this role, you will be at the forefront of strategizing marketing activities, driving user activation, and fostering deep user engagement. Your mission will be to develop user-centric strategies that resonate with our audience, promoting the unique propositions of our platform. You will play a key role in crafting compelling campaigns and initiatives that not only attract new users but also encourage active participation and sustained interest in our offerings. Key Responsibilities
Strategically lead and develop user acquisition marketing initiatives across various channels, including social media, content marketing, partnerships, and community building with a focus on the crypto exchange platform.
Develop and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns and promotions, collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners for cohesive and impactful delivery.
Implement data-driven strategies to optimize conversion rates, user retention, and overall platform growth, focusing on user-centric metrics and insights.
Deploy A/B testing methods to continuously refine and optimize marketing strategies, campaigns, and user engagement, ensuring an adaptive and data-driven approach.
Craft and implement a comprehensive content distribution strategy, tailoring engaging content across social media, blogs, newsletters, etc., to foster a consistent and compelling brand voice that maximizes reach and engagement.
Align and prioritize the marketing plan in sync with the product roadmap, tailoring marketing strategies and campaigns to effectively support and highlight the product's current goals and key features at each stage of its development.
Conduct market research on cryptocurrency trends, consumer behavior, and key players’ strategy, transforming insights into strategic actions to enhance our position in the cryptocurrency and fintech spaces.
Regularly monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, creative, business development, and operations, to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with product roadmaps and user needs, enhancing user activation and engagement.
Offer guidance and feedback to support the ongoing development and success of other marketing professionals.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven track record as a Senior Marketing Manager or in a similar leadership role, with a seasoned experience in the crypto, Web 3, finance or technology sectors.
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire high-performing teams to achieve ambitious marketing goals.
Exceptional analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills with a results-driven mindset.
Proficient in utilizing a range of marketing and analytics tools to inform decision-making and optimize campaigns.
In-depth knowledge of emerging trends in the crypto and Web 3 industry, coupled with a genuine passion for the dynamic and evolving landscape.
Outstanding communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
Success in driving user acquisition, retention, and growth in competitive markets, showcasing a history of achieving measurable results.
