AI Business Innovation Manager

Job Summary:-

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced project leader to spearhead our organization's AI initiatives and drive innovation across the business.

As the AI Business Innovation Lead, you will be responsible for identifying strategic opportunities, conducting feasibility assessments, and defining AI project objectives and scope.

You will analyze and understand business processes, challenges, and requirements to identify areas where AI can create significant value and oversee the management of AI projects, fostering collaboration with stakeholders from external vendors, internal technology teams, and various business functions.

Your role will encompass preparing high-impact management presentations for leadership meetings, facilitating workshops, and leading strategic discussions to shape our AI strategy. By leveraging your expertise, you will play a pivotal role in identifying cutting-edge AI use cases and ensuring the successful adoption of AI technologies throughout the organization.

Role & Responsibilities:-

AI Strategy and Innovation:

• Identify strategic opportunities for AI adoption and innovation within the organization.
• Conduct feasibility assessments to evaluate the suitability and potential impact of AI initiatives.
• Define AI project objectives, scope, and success criteria in alignment with business goals.

Business Analysis and Requirements Gatherings:

• Analyze and understand business processes, challenges, and requirements.
• Gather, document, and prioritize business and functional requirements for AI projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure AI solutions meet business needs and deliver value.

AI Project Management:

• Manage end-to-end AI projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring of project milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, business analyst, and external vendors, to ensure successful project outcomes
• Define project scopes, objectives, and success criteria, and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success

Management Presentations and Communication:

• Prepare high-quality management presentations to communicate project progress, insights, and recommendations.
• Develop visually compelling presentations that effectively convey complex AI concepts to diverse stakeholders
• Engage with senior leadership and stakeholders to provide strategic guidance and influence decision-making

Stakeholder Management and Collaboration:

• Engage and collate with stakeholders from external vendors, internal technology teams, and business functions
• Foster strong relationships, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure alignment with project objectives
• Facilitate workshops and discussions to promote knowledge sharing and cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications:-

• Bachelors or Master’s Degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, engineering, or a related field
• 5 years of experience in driving innovation and managing projects within a business context
• Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and the ability to analyze complex business challenges and identify creative solutions
• Strong understanding and/or passionate about learning AI technologies, concepts, and industry trends
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
• Ability work effectively and independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines
• Passion for driving change, fostering innovation, and leveraging technology to create business value.
• Continuous learning mindset, staying up-to-date with industry trends and acquiring new knowledge and skills as needed.
• Strong command of English and computer literacy.
