DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Be the coordinator between frontline and development team to ensure that the work process is smooth and users are able to use Conicle’s product perfectly
Prioritize and delegate case and problem to the related team and ensure that all case and problem are all solved
Support internal team for their work such as demo
Other task as assigned
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Good knowledge and understanding for both users and internal team
Excellent communication and problem solving skills
Be a proactive, organized and flexible person
Love to update and learning new technologies
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer engineering, Information Technology or Related Fields
Experience in technical support at least 3 years in platform industry
Experience in programming, QA Tester is a plus
