Seeking a highly motivated and energetic candidate for the position of Operations Executive! Well organized, flexible and enjoys the challenge of delivering on time. Your role requires you to work in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining proactive and efficient with a high level of professionalism to complete the task. Fantastic communication skills with an eye for detail are crucial for this role.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Manage all user queries coming in from various platforms including but not limited to online chats, calls and emails
Work closely with the Operations team to manage user expectations
Share your insights on the user experience report with the team
Contribute to the support team in terms of voucher fulfillment and coordinate with different parties in the fulfillment process – voucher purchase, etc.
Requirements
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Excellent Communication Skills
Ability to listen and empathize with the situation
Good command of spoken and written English and additional languages (PREFERRED LANGUAGE: Mandarin/Cantonese, Thai) would be a plus
Resourceful and capable of learning fast and independently
Open to flexible working arrangements (e.g. Holidays and Weekends)
