Software Engineer, Frontend (Associate/Senior)

We are looking for a Software Engineer, Frontend (Associate/Senior) to join our fast-growing Engineering team to create the most powerful freelancing platform in Southeast Asia. As part of the Engineering team, you will be working with talented team members. Experiencing cutting-edge technologies and how to apply them into real business scenarios. Working closely with the Product & UX/UI team in an open-conversation working environment. Shaping our platform to be the most customer-centric for our customers and freelancers. Our Frontend is mainly implemented on Next.JS (React) and Nuxt.JS (Vue). As you strive to meet and exceed quota, you will always act in the best interest of the company, align with Fastwork’s culture and values, and contribute to the lively dynamic of the team.

Responsibilities

• Develop new features  & maintains backend services

• Next.JS (React)

• Nuxt.JS (Vue)

• Code reviews on frontend services

• Collaborate with backend developers to deliver the features

• Consult design feasibility for UX/UI team

• Bring new ideas, technologies, or techniques that will have a positive impact on Products

Basic Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology or related field

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in web development

• Experience in working with Vue.js, Nuxt.js

• Experience in working with React.jS, Next.js

• Experience in working with TypeScript

• Proven strong knowledge in HTML, CSS (Responsive), JavaScript (ES6+)

• Experience working in Scrum / Agile management

• Self-managed, be able to prioritize and handle multi-tasking

• Possess positive attitude and be able to adapt to changes

• Strong work ethic, have humility and be a good team player

Preferred Qualifications

• Sense of design

• Experience with Unit-Testing
