Technical Support Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Handling incoming/outgoing calls
  • Response to clients requests via chat and email
  • Helping and solving appeals of users.
  • Analysis of client requests (chat, email)
  • Conflicts resolution
  • Managing customer expectation meeting standards

Qualifications

  • PC knowledge at the confident user level
  • Google products knowledge: Google Sheets, Google Docs)
  • Grammatically correct in written and verbal
  • Competent verbal and written communication.
  • Native language speaker (depending on the supported country)
  • Typing skills (min. 100 words per minute)
  • Experience dealing with customers via Omnichannel
  • Good customer service skills (Soft Skill, deflecting complaints & managing expectation)
