Associate Director - Accounting and Finance

Master Data Management

1. Manages the design and execution of efficient daily master data processes; works with organizational stakeholders to establish Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) to define acceptable timing for service delivery.

2. Designs, implements and enforces all applicable controls related to master data processes and master data standards.

3. Facilitates the finance data governance team.

4. Manages a team of master data analysts/specialists, providing training, feedback, and monitoring process discipline and performance against SLA’s.

5. Manage and drive responsibilities to Master Data team, establishing strong relationships with business contacts, and making decisions based on results

Import/Export Associate:

1. Collects and analyses compliance data for trends and potential cost savings

2. Analyses import/export data for internal and external charges.

3. Involved with guidance and training to the supply chain, commodity, and procurement and program management functions, ensuring that the latest practices and procedures are followed.

Finance and Accounting Digital Business

1. Lead for technical accounting and controllership in support of digital business.

2. Implementation of policies with the financial leadership team based out of worldwide Amazon locations and will lead and motivate project teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, MIS

• 10 Years of experience in retail business – Commercial or finance function is advantage

• Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in export sales transaction.

• Has experience in large scale of ERP projects or has direct background in managing Master data

• Retail Business knowledge, Business process and relevant Functional knowledge

• Can apply analytical skills in dealing with issues that are not readily defined

• Strong Analytical skills and problem solving skills (quantitative and qualitative)

• Good Decision Making

• Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact successfully within organization.

• Strong organizational skills and an ability to manage and achieve target independently and proactively in a fast‐paced work environment.
