Collaborate with our Social Media Content Creators to conceptualize and execute visually appealing graphics for various social media platforms
Interpret design briefs, ensuring a clear understanding of project objectives and requirements
Create engaging graphics, animations, and other visual elements to enhance social media content
Work closely with the content team to ensure seamless integration of design elements into overall campaigns
Provide valuable input during brainstorming sessions, contributing to the enhancement of creative concepts
Demonstrate a proactive approach to improving the visual appeal and effectiveness of social media content
Adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms
Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality design assets
Stay updated on design trends and tools to continuously enhance your skills
How would you describe the right candidate for this position?
Strong proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), Canva, and other relevant software
Previous experience in graphic design for social media, with a portfolio showcasing your work
Ability to work efficiently and meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality
Creative mindset with the ability to contribute innovative ideas to improve visual content
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork
Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and their visual requirements
Fluency in Thai and a good command of English (written and spoken)
Do I need previous digital marketing experience?
Previous professional digital marketing experience, and more specifically social media experience is required. We will strongly prefer candidates who have at least 1 year working experience in the field. However, more important than experience is the work you have done in the past on Social Media which we will closely review as part of the application process.

The most likely career path for you would be to become a Senior in the Social Media team within a year. Successful promotion requires demonstrating ambition to grow professionally, a noticeable improvement in technical (hard) and people (soft) skills as well as the desire to lead other team members.

Competitive compensation of 20,000 – 30,000 THB gross monthly salary
Bonus equal to 0.5-month salary every 6 months (after 1 or more years with us)
