We're after a switched on Social Media & Community Manager pro who can:
Manage day-to-day activities on social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency and engaging with the online community.
Foster and nurture a positive and active online community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
Analyze and report on social media KPIs, including engagement metrics, community growth, and overall brand growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with broader marketing initiatives.
Stay informed about industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms to recommend innovative strategies.
Participate in the planning and execution of B2B marketing initiatives.
Develop and execute creative and engaging content strategies across all social media platforms for the Agency.
Manage the day-to-day posting schedule and content calendar to ensure a consistent brand voice and messaging.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key influencers and industry thought leaders.
Collaborate with the design team to ensure visually appealing and on-brand content.
Implement and manage social media advertising campaigns to meet specific business objectives.
Conduct regular social media audits to evaluate the effectiveness of the content strategy and adjust as needed.
Actively participate in online conversations and engage with the community to build a positive brand image.
Stay abreast of platform algorithm changes and updates, adjusting strategies accordingly.
Work closely with the Sales team to address customer inquiries and concerns on social media.
Collaborate with the Sales team to create content that supports lead generation and conversion goals.
Implement crisis management strategies and respond to negative comments or reviews in a professional and constructive manner.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in content creation and social media management.
Strong creative thinking and planning skills.
In-depth knowledge of marketing principles.
Experience in managing and growing a brand's online presence.
Familiarity with B2B marketing strategies.
Familiarity with using CRM Software such as HubSpot.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze and interpret social media metrics.
Proficiency in using social media management tools.
Strong project management skills.
Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing.
Crisis management and conflict resolution skills.
Understanding of SEO, Media and Social principles for high level content execution.
Data-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
