Responsibilities :
Customer success team will ensure PEAK users realize the most value out of their experience within PEAK ecosystem. There should be no functional value which PEAK already provides that is not realized by customers whose use cases matches such value.
Customer success teams put themselves in the shoes of customers and ensure on boarding from their existing solutions into PEAK runs smoothly and smartly.
This overall will intensify customer’s satisfaction and engagement in PEAK from the spectrum of software exploration to paying customers to becoming an avid PEAK fan.
Requirements :
Bachelor degree in accounting business.
Great interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to lead him/herself in building relationship with new leads and follow up existing one.
Positive thinking and pro-active and growth mindset: Believing that people can be convinced and changed.
1-2 Experience as an accountant.
