UX/UI Designer

Responsibilities:

• Translate concepts into wireframes and mockups that lead to intuitive user experiences.

• Rapid interactive prototyping and validation it with users, stakeholders and developers. 

• Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces. 

• Design and deliver UI interfaces.

• Big thinking, ability to point out product and design opportunities and turn the same into actionable plan.

• Teamwork attitude and focus on fixing problems to deliver the best

Requirements:

• At least 3-5  years of UX/UI design experience with a portfolio to prove it, hands-on interaction/visual design of a UI/UX through the product development cycle.

• An expert in UX/UI software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Zeplin (Figma preferred)

• Be passionate, energetic, and ambitious to raise higher standards for SkillLane products and the team.

• Have a solid understanding and experience in design principles, design process, conducting user research, and facilitating workshop sessions.

• Experience designing apps or websites. Understand the limitations of designing for different platforms such as iOS, Android, and web.

• Be data-driven and logical. Use a logical systematic approach to solving a problem and everything that you do.

• Be open and know how to communicate, feedback, and work with other people.
